COVID 19 UPDATE: No More Face To Face Interaction in Pittsburgh-Some Services Suspended
Here is the latest on the COVID-19 pandemic
The Mayor of Pittsburgh and Governor’s office are working closely to get all questions answered as it pertains to safety and security from the COVID-19 virus.
Today, the news broke that the city will move to the next phase:
The city says crews from the departments of Public Works, Mobility and Infrastructure and Permits, Licenses and Inspections will move to “skeleton staffing,” responding to only emergency situations.
According to the press release, parking enforcement is being suspended.
Police, fire, EMS and Animal Care and Control will remain operational.
